FAQ

  • What’s your favorite country?
That’s a tough one — I’ve loved so many places. But Nepal definitely has a special place in my heart.
If I had to choose a top 3, it would be Nepal, Thailand, and Portugal.
  • How do you afford to travel long-term?
It’s really a question of priorities. I use my savings, travel low-cost, volunteer, and choose affordable destinations.
I also sell clothes or furniture I don’t need anymore, sub-rent my room, and travel slowly — it makes a big difference.
  • What’s your favorite continent or region?
    I’d say Europe and Asia.
Europe for its incredible diversity — every few hours you feel like you’re in a completely new world.
And Asia for how it makes me feel — peaceful, grounded, and surrounded by genuinely kind people.
  • Which destination surprised you the most?
Definitely Georgia. The kindness of the people, the beautiful landscapes, and the delicious food completely blew me away.
  • How many countries have you visited?
I’ve visited 44 countries so far — and I hope to see many more!
  • What’s next on your travel list?
Everything! My list keeps growing… but life is short and I also need to work in between trips 😅
  • What does “slow travel” mean to you?
For me, it means staying longer in one place, not having a fixed plan, and just enjoying the days as they come.
It’s about connecting with locals, learning their rhythm, and not rushing to tick boxes.
  • Do you prefer solo or group travel?
    That’s a difficult one. I love both!
I’m very sociable and love being around people and travel with my friends, but it can also be draining sometimes.
Lately, I’ve been traveling solo more often, and I’ve really enjoyed it — so for now, I’d say solo travel.
